Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optical member, a manufacturing method therefor, a laser module including the optical member, and a laser device, the optical member being used in a laser module having a surface-emitting laser and being able to detect damage (cracking, peeling, and the like). The present invention provides an optical member 10 for use in a laser module having a surface-emitting laser light source, the optical member 10 being characterized by having a wire 13 containing a conductive substance. The optical member 10 preferably includes an optical element region 11 having at least one type of optical element selected from the group consisting of a diffractive optical element and a microlens array. The optical member 10 is suitably manufactured by a method including a step for forming the wire 13 by coating the optical member with ink containing the conductive substance by a printing method.
