Abstract:
An optical module assembly device and method, comprising: a plurality of fixing member (10), an alignment mechanism (11), and a power supply assembly (12); a light splitting prism (13) in which a light-incident surface (Si) is close to a plurality of optical modules to be aligned, a first color image collecting device (14) that is close to a first light-emitting surface (So1) of the light splitting prism (13), and a second color image collecting device (15) that is close to a second light-emitting surface (So2) of the light splitting prism (13); the first color image collecting device (14) and the second color image collecting device (15) are used respectively to collect the positions and sizes of a plurality of imaging spots corresponding to the plurality of optical modules to be aligned; a controller (16) is used to determine, according to the positions and/or sizes of the plurality of imaging spots, a spot that does not meet quality requirements and generate a corresponding alignment instruction, and, according to the color of the spot that does not meet quality requirements, determine a lens to be assembled that requires adjustment, outputting the alignment instruction to the alignment mechanism (11) of the lens to be assembled that requires clamping adjustment.
