Abstract:
The present invention addresses the difficulty of achieving high-speed recovery from failure at a plurality of locations in an optical network without causing a decrease in frequency utilization efficiency. An optical network control device according to the present invention comprises: an optical path setting means which sets a plurality of first optical paths in a route candidate including a specific communication path that permits an overlap of a plurality of optical paths; and an optical path selection means which selects in advance a second optical path in a route in which the number of shared communication paths shared by the plurality of first optical paths is at a minimum.
