Abstract:
Since it is difficult, due to the occurrence of fragmentation of optical frequency bands, to improve the usage efficiency of optical frequency bands in an optical network that uses a dense wavelength division multiplexing method using a flexible frequency grid, this optical network control device is provided with: an optical frequency domain setting means that sets a plurality of optical frequency domains for optical frequency bands used in an optical network that uses a dense wavelength division multiplexing method using a flexible frequency grid; an optical path setting means that sets optical paths having a common attribute to at least one of the optical frequency domains; and an optical frequency domain control means that changes the optical frequency widths of the optical frequency domains and instructs the optical frequency domain setting means to reset a plurality of optical frequency reset regions, which have optical frequency widths that have been changed, as the optical frequency regions.
