Abstract:
Provided is an optical output control system in which individual differences between light source devices are taken into consideration, even with a smaller amount of data than by the conventional feed-forward type of control methods. The optical output control system comprises: a light source unit including a light emitting element; a current supply unit that supplies a current to the light source unit; a temperature sensing unit that senses the environment temperature of the light source unit; and a control unit that controls the amount of current supplied to the light source unit on the basis of an execution control function in which the relationship of a first variable corresponding to a target value related to an optical output, a second variable corresponding to the environment temperature, and a third variable corresponding to the amount of current supplied to the light source unit includes one or a plurality of coefficients. The control unit is configured to be able to update at least one coefficient of the execution control function on the basis of coefficient update information that is input.
