Abstract:
An optical printer head having a structure of increasing an exposure, and forming pixels by exposing a photosensitive drum to light, comprising a light emitting device array having at least two light emitting spot rows, and a rod lens array for forming light spot rows by projecting light beam from the light emitting device array onto the photosensitive drum, wherein the at least two light emitting spot rows have the same pitch in the main scanning direction parallel to the rotation direction of the drum, and light emitting spots in each light emitting spot row are arranged to align in the sub-scanning direction perpendicular to the rotation direction of the drum.
