Title:
OPTICAL PROCESSING NOZZLE AND OPTICAL PROCESSING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/135907
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an optical processing nozzle for uniformly supplying a fluid to a processing surface during optical processing. In order to perform processing by using a light beam guided from a light source, this optical processing nozzle is equipped with a light beam path provided so as to be capable of transmitting a light beam toward the processing surface, and a fluid channel structure for discharging a fluid toward the processing surface, and provided around the light beam path. The fluid channel structure is equipped with an intake port for taking in a fluid, two or more transmission holes for transmitting the fluid taken in through the intake port, a fluid channel for guiding the fluid from the intake port to the transmission holes, and a discharge port for discharging the fluid, which has passed through the two or more transmission holes, in a direction toward the processing surface. In addition, the two or more transmission holes are provided so as to be spatially symmetrical relative to the intake port, and the discharge port is provided so as to be spatially symmetrical relative to the optical axis of the light beam emitted from the light beam path.
