Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an optical product having a higher level of durability, while having adequate antireflection performance. [Solution] In this optical product, an optical multilayer film is formed on one or both surfaces of a base. The optical multilayer film has a structure of 11 or more layers, in which silicon oxide films and silicon nitride films are laminated in alternating fashion, with a silicon oxide film being the outermost layer. The physical film thickness of the outermost layer is 30 to 75 nm inclusive, and the physical film thickness of a first adjacent layer, which is the layer adjacent to the outermost layer, is 2 to 10 nm.
