The present invention manages presentation materials and references presented by a liquid crystal projector on a cloud, and thereby achieves centralized management of the information, allows browsing of the information for only the participants of a presentation, and prevents secondary distribution of the information. The presentation materials and the related information are subjected to centralized management in a cloud. The projector at each presentation site can receive the presentation materials at a specified time and project and present these materials. A database is provided on the cloud to retrieve the related references in synchronization with each page of the presentation materials. By giving access rights to the related references only to the terminals of the participants attending the presentation site, the related references can be retrieved and acquired from the database. The obtained references can only be retrieved and reproduced by the terminals at the presentation site.
