Abstract:
Form a recording layer using an organic material (thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin) having an oxygen element ratio of at least 9.1%. For example, polyethersulfone, polyimide, polyethylene etcetera. Alternatively, form the recording layer using a material wherein low molecular weight compounds are added to resin, and the post-mixing oxygen element ratio is at least 9.1%.
