Abstract:
Provided is an optical reflection element which comprises a frame-shaped support, meandering first and second oscillation elements, and a mirror portion. A line segment connecting a junction between the mirror portion and the first oscillation element and a junction between the support and the first oscillation element, and a line segment connecting a junction between the mirror portion and the second oscillation element and a junction between the support and the second oscillation element intersect a center axis of the mirror portion. An outer periphery of at least one of the turn portions of the first oscillation element and the second oscillation element is deviated from a first end axis parallel with the central axis of the mirror portion and along a first side of the mirror portion. Or, an outer periphery of at least one of the turn portions of first oscillation element and the second oscillation element is deviated from a second end axis (T2) parallel with the central axis of the mirror portion and along a second side of the mirror portion parallel with the first side thereof. At least one of the two requirements is satisfied.
