Abstract:
An optical reflection film provided with an optical interference film formed by alternately laminating high refractive index and low refractive index layers with a refractive index difference therebetween on a substrate, wherein when among the high refractive index and low refractive index layers constituting the optical interference film, a layer disposed closest to the substrate is defined as a lowest layer, a layer farthest from the substrate is defined as a highest layer, and each layer disposed between the lowest layer and the highest layer is defined as an intermediate layer, the average modulus of elasticity of the intermediate layer measured by a nano-indentation method is higher than the modulus of elasticity of the highest layer by 2 GPa or more, and the thickness of the highest layer is 1.2-7 times the average thickness of the intermediate layer.
