Abstract:
An optical reflective multiplexer chip (42), a laser transmitter chip (40) and an optical transmitter (4), being used for solving the problem of the high cost of the current colorless optical transmitter (4) based on self-injection locking technology. The optical transmitter (4) comprises: a laser transmitter chip (40), an optical fiber (41) and an optical reflective multiplexer chip (42). The laser transmitter chip (40) comprises: a bi-directional light emitting laser (400), a polarizing beam splitting rotator (401) and a first external port (402); the optical reflective multiplexer chip (42) comprises a combiner (420), a second external port (421), N third external port(s) (422), N micro-ring resonant cavity(cavities) (423), N polarizing beam splitting rotator(s) (424), N first branch waveguide(s) (425) and N second branch waveguide(s) (426), N being a positive integer greater than or equal to one. The combiner (420) is connected to the first branch waveguides (425), the second branch waveguides (426) and the second external port (421), and the first external port (402) is connected to the third external ports (422) by means of the optical fiber (41).
