Abstract:
According to the present invention, a light-receiving unit (3) has an optically phased array which is configured so as to achieve scanning with a light beam by individually controlling the phase of a plurality of split beams using a phase amount for scanning. A reference light irradiation unit (6) is configured so as to generate reference light and irradiate the light-receiving unit with the reference light. A light-receiving-side correction unit (7) is configured so as to: estimate, from a detection result at the light-receiving unit to which the reference light is incident, a phase shift amount caused by warping of a substrate to which the light-receiving unit is mounted and occurring in the plurality of split beams; and set a phase adjustment amount to be imparted on the plurality of split beams so as to reduce the estimated phase shift amount.
