Abstract:
An optical scanning device provided with a housing, a plurality of light sources, a deflection scanning unit that performs deflection scanning of light beams from the plurality of light sources onto a plurality of bodies to be scanned, and a plurality of optical units disposed between the deflection scanning unit and the bodies to be scanned, the optical scanning device being characterized in that an optical unit supporting member for supporting the optical units is provided, the optical unit supporting member supports the plurality of optical units disposed at a prescribed interval, and a thermal expansion coefficient of the optical unit supporting member is smaller than a thermal expansion coefficient of the housing.
