Abstract:
This optical scanning device (1) is provided with: an optical fiber (9) that emits illuminating light (L) from the tip (9a) thereof toward a subject (A); an actuator (10) that causes the tip (9a) of the optical fiber (9) to vibrate; and a control unit (8) for controlling the actuator (10) so that the illuminating light (L) is scanned two dimensionally over the subject (A) and the conditional expression (1) is satisfied. In conditional expression (1), D is the spot diameter of the illuminating light (L) on the subject (A) and P1 is the scanning line pitch of the illuminating light (L) on the subject (A). Conditional expression (1): P1 ≤ 0.5 × D.
