[Solution] An optical scanning device provided with a plurality of light-emitting elements, in which an object to be scanned is scanned by a light beam emitted from each of the light-emitting elements, there being provided: a fixing part to which the light-emitting elements are fixed; a first substrate having a first connector, mounting positions of the light-emitting elements being changeable on the first substrate, and the light-emitting elements being connected to the first substrate; and a second substrate having a second connector connected to the first connector; and the first substrate and the second substrate being fixed in a first specific position and second specific position, respectively.
