Disclosed in the present invention is an optical screen key disinfection device, which is mounted on an input interface and comprises two frames, two disinfection elements, a transparent thin film, two thin film rotary shafts, a plurality of rolling shafts and two rotary shaft driving elements, wherein each of the two frames has a configuration space and is located on either side of the input interface; the two disinfection elements are respectively located in the two configuration spaces and each element has a disinfection range; the two thin film rotary shafts and the plurality of rolling shafts are respectively located in the two configuration spaces, and the plurality of rolling shafts are arranged around the disinfection ranges; two ends of the transparent thin film are respectively fixed and wound around the two thin film rotary shafts, the transparent thin film bypasses the plurality of rolling shafts and then surrounds the two disinfection elements, respectively, and the transparent thin film covers the input interface by means of the tension of the plurality of rolling shafts; and the two rotary shaft driving elements can respectively drive the two thin film rotary shafts to rotate, such that the transparent thin film, which covers the input interface, can move to the disinfection ranges.
