Abstract:
An optical semiconductor module according to the present disclosure comprises: a substrate that has a first surface; a plurality of pixel parts that are arranged in a matrix pattern on the first surface and each have an optical semiconductor element; a drive circuit that is positioned on the first surface, supplies a power supply voltage to the plurality of pixel parts, and transmits or receives image signals to/from the plurality of pixel parts; a plurality of external connection terminals that are positioned on the first surface; a plurality of drive wires that are positioned on the first surface and connect the drive circuit and the plurality of external connection terminals; and a loop-shaped antenna wire that surrounds the plurality of pixel parts, the drive circuit, the plurality of external connection terminals, and the plurality of drive wires in a plan view, and has both ends each connected to the drive circuit.
