Abstract:
An optical sensing apparatus for direct readout of an electrical signal, and a manufacturing method therefor, relating to the technical field of electronic information. A periodic metal nanostructure array layer (23) is irradiated by excitation light; a substance to be tested is injected into a flow cell (17) to submerge a sensor chip (10), and thus the sensor chip (10) would have a reflection spectrum having a characteristic reflection valley; when the concentration or type of the substance to be tested changes, the center position of the characteristic reflection valley of the reflection spectrum would change, leading to the occurrence of a characteristic peak position shift of a photoresponsivity spectrum of the optical sensing apparatus, which appears directly as the occurrence of a change in a photocurrent between a sensor chip lead end (11) and a counter electrode lead end (12). The concentration or type of the substance to be tested can be inverted by outputting the change in the photocurrent by means of the optical sensing apparatus. The optical sensing apparatus can implement the working characteristics of direct readout of electrical signals without an external semiconductor photodetection unit. In addition, the apparatus can work in a self-driving working mode. An excitation light source (16) adopted does not need to change the incident angle, power or wavelength during a sensing test.
