Abstract:
A plurality of light emitting elements (131, 132) are installed on an arrangement surface (121), and are arranged at a distance from each other in an x direction perpendicular to a z direction which links a region corresponding to the plurality of light emitting elements within the arrangement surface and a region corresponding to light receiving elements. A light guiding lens part (134) has a plurality of incidence parts (137, 138) which correspond respectively to the plurality of light emitting elements and upon which light from the plurality of light emitting elements is incident. The plurality of incidence parts have respective homogenizing parts (139, 140), each of which reduces the intensity of light incident in the z direction from the light emitted by the corresponding light emitting element and, in the x direction, homogenizes the intensity of light incident on the light guiding lens part as a result of having a portion of the light emitted by a light emitting element next to the corresponding light emitting element incident thereupon.
