Abstract:
This optical sensor is provided with: a base plate (22) having on one surface (22a) thereof a plurality of first light-receiving elements (28) which output a detection signal corresponding to the intensity of incident light; and a shielding film (26) which is disposed on the one surface side of the base plate, has a plurality of first opening portions (30) corresponding to the first light-receiving elements, and defines a direction of travel of the incident light relative to the first light-receiving elements. The plurality of first light-receiving elements are provided in such a way that the direction of travel of the incident light is different from the thickness direction of the base plate, and there is at least one light-receiving element group (32) in which an angle of incidence between the direction of travel of the incident light and the thickness direction are the same as one another. In a projected view in the thickness direction, the positional relationship between the first light-receiving elements constituting the same light-receiving element group and the corresponding first opening portions has at least three orders of rotational symmetry about an axis in the thickness direction.
