Abstract:
Provided is an optical sensor such as a small infrared sensor in which malfunctions due to the influence of electromagnetic waves from the outside are unlikely to occur. This optical sensor comprises: a optical receiver element; a circuit part having an electrical component that is electrically connected to the optical receiver element; a metal cap covering the top of the optical receiver element and including an opening that faces said optical receiver element; an optical filter provided in the opening in the metal cap; and a metal stem connected to the metal cap. The circuit part is disposed above the metal stem.
