Title:
OPTICAL TOMOGRAPHIC IMAGING SYSTEM AND OPTICAL TOMOGRAPHIC IMAGING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/014920
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An optical tomographic imaging method according to one aspect of the present invention is to split light emitted from a wavelength sweep light source into a measurement beam and a reference beam; irradiate a target to be measured with the measurement beam; combine the reference beam with a reflected beam from the target being measured; detect, as a coherent signal, a coherent beam into which the reflected beam and the reference beam have been combined; and perform the Fourier transform on the coherent signal to thereby acquire a tomographic image of the measured target. The method comprises a step of creating tomographic data of the measured target on the basis of the coherent signal; a step of creating surface data of the measured target on the basis of the coherent signal; a step of constructing a tomographic image based on the created tomographic data; a step of constructing a surface image based on the surface data that has been delivered; and a step of creating a display image from the tomographic image and the surface image.
