The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an optical touch panel capable of maintaining high detection accuracy even when providing the four corners of a rectangular frame with detection units which are light emitting/receiving devices, and even when the light emitting/receiving devices and a retroreflective plate are covered with a cover; a reflection-preventing structure for the inner surface of a cover; and a vending machine. To this end, for example: a retroreflective plate 22c has a two-layer structure consisting of an upper-layer retroreflective plate 122c and a lower-layer retroreflective plate 222c; the upper-layer retroreflective plate 122c is positioned in a manner such that the reflective surface of a section where the incident angle from the upper-left detection unit 23a is equal to or greater than a prescribed value is angled toward the upper-left detection unit 23a; and the lower-layer retroreflective plate 222c is positioned in a manner such that the reflective surface of a section where the incident angle from the lower-left detection unit 23c is equal to or greater than a prescribed value is angled toward the lower-left detection unit 23c.
