An optical transflection system of a vehicle lamp lighting device, and a vehicle lamp lighting device. The optical transflection system comprises a primary optical system having a light source (80), is configured to refract and reflect light emitted from the light source (80) of the primary optical system, and further comprises a lens (3) and a first reflector (2) having a first reflecting surface (20), wherein the lens (3) is configured to collimate light in a first direction, and the first reflecting surface (20) is configured to collimate light in a second direction, which is orthogonal to the first direction; the first reflecting surface (20) has a curved shape characterized by a contour line (21); and the first reflecting surface (20) is a curved surface formed by stretching the contour line (21) in the normal direction of a plane where the contour line (21) is located. The optical transflection system is configured in such a way that a light beam emitted from the primary optical system having the light source (80) is refracted by the lens (3), reflected by the first reflector (2), and then emitted to form a lighting light form of a vehicle lamp lighting device.
