Abstract:
Provided is a device that enables transmission frequency control in a short time and at high accuracy with a subcarrier multiplexing method. This optical transmission device that allocates transmission information to a plurality of subcarriers with differing frequencies for multiplexing and transmission performs dithering control of the transmission frequency of each of the plurality of subcarriers on the basis of received quality information transmitted from an optical reception device, the dithering control being executed by halving a plurality of groups of subcarriers.
