Abstract:
An optical transmission device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; an optical signal output unit, provided on the substrate, for outputting an optical signal in a first direction; an optical signal output driving circuit chip, provided on the substrate, for supplying a current to the optical signal output unit; a reflection unit, positioned between the optical signal output unit and the optical signal output driving circuit chip, for reflecting light of the optical signal output unit which is outputted in a second direction different from the first direction, in a third direction which is different from the first direction and the second direction; and a photodetector for monitoring which receives the light reflected in the third direction and generates a current corresponding to the reflected light.
