The present invention provides an optical transparent adhesive composition, an optical transparent adhesive film comprising the same, and a flat panel display device, the optical transparent adhesive composition comprising a photo-curable (meth)acrylate copolymer and a photo-polymerization initiator, wherein the photo-curable (meth)acrylate copolymer comprises, relative to the total weight of constituent units contained in the copolymer, 95-99.9 wt% of a hydroxy group-containing acryl-based copolymer and 0.1-5 wt% of an isocyanate group-containing (meth)acrylate-based monomer and the hydroxy group-containing acryl-based copolymer and the isocyanate group-containing (meth)acrylate-based monomer form a urethane bond, and wherein the hydroxy group-containing acryl-based copolymer comprises, relative to the total weight of monomers contained in the copolymer, 50-95 wt% of an acrylate monomer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -45 to -60℃ and having a caprolactone-based structure and 5-50 wt% of a hydroxy group-containing alkyl acrylate monomer and the weight average molecular weight of the hydroxy group-containing acryl-based copolymer is 200,000 to 1,000,000.
