Abstract:
The present invention provides an optical unit for an optical sorting machine that can simplify assembly work and installation work for an optical sorting machine by unitizing an optical unit for sorting articles to be sorted such as granular materials or sheet shaped articles. The optical unit for an optical sorting machine is an optical part for sorting articles to be sorted in an optical sorting machine and is characterized in that the optical part has an optical detection means for detecting articles to be sorted, an ejector means for discharging articles to be sorted, a determination means for processing a detection signal from the optical detection means and carrying out good and bad determinations of the articles to be sorted, and an ejector drive means for driving the ejector means on the basis of the good-bad determination results of the determination means, and the optical part is unitized by integrating the optical detection means, ejector means, determination means, and ejector drive means with a housing.
