Abstract:
An optical unit (1) with an image stabilization function swings a movable body (5) and corrects shaking. The flexible printed circuit board (9) comprises: a section-to-be-fixed (93) that is fixed to a fixed body (8); and folding sections (97A, 97B) that are disposed between the section-to-be-fixed (93) and the movable body (5). The folding sections (97A, 97B) extend in a direction inclined relative to the Z-axis direction and the X-axis direction, are folded back in the Z-axis direction, and, when viewed from the Z-axis direction, are folded back in the Y-axis direction. Accordingly, the swing load is small because the spring constant for the flexible printed circuit board (9) when the movable body (5) swings around three axes is small. Furthermore, the folding sections (97A, 97B) have the flexible printed circuit board (9) folded back in one direction and, as a result, have high shape precision and require less folding work compared to when folded in a plurality of directions.
