Abstract:
An optical wave splitting device, mainly consisting of a waveguide unit (11) and an adjustable reflective unit (12); the waveguide unit (11) comprises a first substrate (111), an input unit (112), a grating (113), a reflector (114) and a second substrate (116), the input unit (112) being formed on the first substrate (111) and being provided with a slit (115) so as to receive an optical signal; the grating (113) is formed on the first substrate (111) and may generate an output beam after splitting the optical signal; the reflector (114) is formed on the first substrate (111) and is used for reflecting the output beam; the second substrate (116) is configured on the input unit (112), the grating (113) and the reflector (114) and forms a waveguide space between the first substrate (111); the adjustable reflective unit (12) is configured at the exterior of the waveguide unit (11) and is used to change the emergent angle of the output beam and to adjust the focus of the output beam.
