Abstract:
An optical waveguide structure (100) for a substrate guided wave, an optical imaging system of an AR device, and an AR device, the optical waveguide structure (100) comprising: a light guide plate (10), which is provided with a first main surface (101) and a second main surface (102) that are disposed opposite one another; an incident light element (20), which is provided at an end of the second main surface (102); at least one array lens (30), which is disposed at the interior of the light guide plate (10); each array lens (30) is provided with a reflection surface (301), the reflection surface (301) having the same included angle as that of the first main surface (101). Thus, a large field of view angle, ultra-thin thickness and a high-resolution imaging effect are achieved, greatly improving user experience, while manufacturing and assembly are easy and may meet practicability requirements for mass production.
