Abstract:
An optical zoom motor, a camera device, and a method for assembling the optical zoom motor. The optical zoom motor comprises: a housing (10); a base (20), the base (20) being provided below the housing (10) to form an accommodation space therebetween, the housing (10) comprising a top wall (111) and a circumferential side wall (112), the top wall (111) being disposed opposite the base (20), and the top wall (111) being connected to the base (20) by means of the circumferential side wall (112); a lens support (30), the lens support (30) being movably provided in the accommodation space; multiple driving magnets (40), the driving magnets (40) being provided on the lens support (30); multiple driving coils (50), the driving coils (50) being provided on the base (20), corresponding to the driving magnets (40), and when energized, cause the lens support (30) to move towards or away from an opening portion (113); multiple lateral magnets (60), at least one lateral magnet (60) being provided on each of two oppositely facing side walls of the circumferential side wall (112); and multiple lateral coils (70), the lateral coils (70) being provided on the lens support (30). This solution resolves the issue of poor zoom capability in the prior art resulting from a mounting direction of the camera device.
