The present invention provides an optically clear adhesive sheet having excellent transparency using a heat-curable polyurethane composition that has excellent flexibility and can be made into a thick film. The optically clear adhesive sheet according to the present invention is an optically clear adhesive sheet made of a cured product of a heat-curable polyurethane composition, wherein the heat-curable polyurethane composition comprises a polyol component, a polyisocyanate component and a tackifier and the content of the tackifier is 5 to 21% by weight relative to the weight of the heat-curable polyurethane composition.
