Title:
OPTICALLY TRANSPARENT ELECTROCONDUCTIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/086216
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an optically transparent electroconductive material having a structure in which two electroconductive layers, namely, an upper electroconductive layer and a lower electroconductive layer, are laminated together via an insulating layer, and is characterized in that: the upper electroconductive layer and the lower electroconductive layer each has at least sensor parts which are electrically connected to terminal parts and dummy parts which are not connected to any terminal parts, wherein the sensor parts and the dummy parts are constructed using a thin metal line pattern having an irregular mesh-like shape; the sensor parts of the lower electroconductive layer are constructed by arranging multiple rows of row electrodes, which extend in a first direction, in a second direction, which is perpendicular to the first direction, at a cycle of L with a dummy part positioned therebetween, whereas the sensor parts of the upper electroconductive layer are constructed by arranging row electrodes, which extend in a third direction, in a fourth direction, which is perpendicular to the third direction, at a cycle of M with a dummy part positioned therebetween; and in an overhead view from a direction perpendicular to the electroconductive layer surface, wherein a centroid is defined as an intersection (node) which is formed by a center line of one row electrode of the upper electroconductive layer and a center line of one row electrode of the lower electroconductive layer, a node unit area is defined as an area which is obtained by dividing the electroconductive layer surface into a quadrangle using a straight line which is formed by shifting the center line of the row electrode of the lower electroconductive layer in the second direction by a half length of cycle L and a straight line which is formed by shifting the center line of the row electrode of the upper electroconductive layer in the fourth direction by a half length of cycle M, an adjoining node unit area is defined as a node unit area which shares a side of the quadrangle with one arbitrarily defined node unit area, reduced quadrangle A is defined as a quadrangle which is located within one node unit area and has a diagonal length which is 80% of that of the node unit area, and reduced quadrangle B is defined as a quadrangle which is located within one adjoining node unit area and has a diagonal length which is 80% of that of the adjoining node unit area, the mesh-like shape of the thin metal line pattern in reduced quadrangle A and the mesh-like shape of the thin metal line pattern in reduced quadrangle B are not identical in both the upper electroconductive layer and the lower electroconductive layer, and the total length of the thin metal line pattern in reduced quadrangle A is 95-105% of the total length of the thin metal line pattern in reduced quadrangle B.
