Abstract:
Provided is an optimum control technique for energy capable of optimizing overall energy efficiency by efficiently controlling a plurality of dispersed heat sources. An optimum controller for energy includes an operating plan preparation unit (170) that designates a combination of operating CGS (3) as an operating plan on the basis of performance information for a CGS (3) which uses primary energy to generate heat and includes a power source that generates power, and estimated demand information that estimates the demand for heat and the demand for power to obtain heat and power responsive to the estimated demand information.
