Abstract:
The present application pertains to the field of oral hygiene and care, and particularly provides a composition for cleaning the inner surface of the oral cavity and inhibiting bacteria thereon, comprising: 0.05-0.49 wt% of tea polyphenol, a surfactant, and 0.01-1.19 wt% of an inclusion compound that includes tea polyphenol, and comprising one or more of an auxiliary bacteriostatic agent, a refreshing substance, a flavoring agent, a pH regulator, an anti-freezing agent, and a preservative. The present application further provides a method for preparing the composition and use of the composition. The present application uses tea polyphenol, an active ingredient in tea, as the main bacteriostatic component, adds cleaning and auxiliary bacteriostatic components to ensure the effective bacteriostatic effect of the composition, and eliminates the irritating taste by means of component combination, thus having wide market prospects.
