Case of the Technique known

All food is orally taken. Nutrients taken are prepared by digestion with the help of the teeth in the mouth. For this reason, it is very important that our mouths and teeth, which are exposed to the external environment, should be healthy. For the health of the mouth and teeth, the importance of cleaning these areas should be emphasized first. Food residues causes decay by remaining between the teeth. It is known that breath odors and many diseases stem from dental decay. For the health of the teeth, the teeth should be cleaned by brushing regularly.

Bacteria in the mouth are caused by dental decay. Other factors causing dental decay as well as bacteria are the sensitive surface of the tooth along with food residues remaining between the teeth. The foods that cause dental decay are especially carbohydrates, in other words, sugary foods. If our teeth are not brushed and cleaned regularly, the food residues in the teeth are fragmentised by the bacteria. The accumulations called 'dental plaque' are formed by the fragmentised foods, bacteria, and secretions. The acids formed with the nutrients fragmentised by the bacteria carves into the tooth enamel and bone. This carve formed in the tooth is called 'cavity'. These cavities formed in the teeth gradually grow and deepen as the time went by. Thus, as time passes by, then it reaches to a soft tissue that is more easily carved after the enamel layer that is the hardest part of tooth is holed. At last, it reaches to dental pulp by keeping on carving into tooth. When tooth decay reaches to the dental pulp or root of tooth, toothache begins to occur. In the absence of toothache, it does not mean that dental health is in safe. After the bacteria reaches root of tooth, inflammation starts to occur here. Dental decay and gingiva diseases affect not only the mouth, but also the whole body. One of the disease in the mouth is the breath odor, as well. Its reasons are gingiva diseases, dental decay, respiratory and digestive system diseases, sinusitis, and similar diseases.

Bad breath odor not because prevents human from becoming social, but because pushes him not to run human relationships and to stay away from the human environment. Dental decay and gingiva diseases cause local and physical diseases. Dental decay can spread through the blood to the whole body (heart, kidneys, joints, digestive system) and cause diseases. Their treatment also leads to both financial and emotional loss. When using a toothbrush, it is necessary to apply both toothpaste and tooth powder. The toothbrush, itself or its bristles can not provide necessary cleaning for tooth cleaning and oral care.

Nowadays, it is known that miswak has a place to prevent dental diseases. This tree may have different names in different countries: it is called as miswak, mhbak, meswak, siwak, chbak, ac-chbak, sewan, peelu, arak. The branches and roots of the miswak tree (peelu) contain necessary characteristic and derivatives for the prevention and treatment of dental diseases and oral diseases. Prevention of gingival bleeding improves human immunity and tooth structure. The root of the tree contains more of the drug- like anti-bacterial components. More than 25 natural components for tooth and oral care are found in the roots of miswak trees. Even a single use of it will help to reduce bacteria by 80% and prevent tooth decay, strengthens the immune system and its performance is effective up to two days. In case of the technique known, miswak tree whose parts in 15-20 cm long sticks are periodically cut is used for tooth cleaning. When 3-5 cm long stick pieces remain, they are discarded. Since some teeth are in difficult reachable areas in the mouth, use of the sticks with 15-20 cm long is inadequate in reaching every part of the mouth.

As a result, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of the existing solutions make a technical field development necessary about the oral care.

Objectives of the Invention

By looking at the case of the technique known, the main objective of the invention is to include brush tips with bristles made from miswak, which depict a curative and preventive action for all mouths and teeth.

Another main objective of the invention is to provide a more economical use of this valuable material by replacing the brush tips produced from miswak wood.

Another main objective of the invention is to increase the working surface of the oral care kit in the form of a toothbrush by means of the fact that the brush tips made from the miswak tree act at the same time and by this means, to provide accelerating the period of tooth cleaning.

Another main objective of the invention is to apply brush tips with bristles made from miswak tree to the oral care kit as a single or double in the form of a toothbrush in a number to be left to the preference of the user. Another main objective of the invention is that the oral care kit provides a long- lasting effect on the oral and dental care without using toothpaste or tooth powder.

Another main objective of the invention is that the head connected to brush tips produced from miswak tree is portable and replaceable. Another main objective of the invention is that the oral care kit in the form of a toothbrush is in modular structure with the purpose of carrying easily.

Another main objective of the invention is that the brush tips produced from miswak wood are connected to the housing on the head by using one of three different types of fixing methods as conical, wired and screwed.

Brief Description of The Invention

The existing invention relates to an oral care kit, which provides for protection of tooth and mouth health by using miswak at toothbrush set-up or structuring in particular for oral care products, and generally for personal hygiene products. In this invention, the oral care kit in the form of a toothbrush includes replaceable brush tips having bristles made from miswak wood that depict curative and preventive action for all mouths and teeth, and which are connected on the modular head.

4 Cover Detailed Description of Invention

In the invention, oral care kit (A-B), which provides for protection of tooth and mouth health by using miswak at toothbrush set-up or structuring in particular for oral care products, and generally for personal hygiene products, in general consists of;

-holder body (1.1.), joggle (1.2) and holder (1) with holder handle (1.3)

-cylindrical head (2) with at least a single housing (2.1) on aforementioned holder (1) and assembly slot (2.2) at the bottom

-brush tip having conical body (3.1) or screwed body (3.2) or wired body (3.3.) and bristles (3.4) made from miswak wood, available on the head (2),

-cover (4) on holder body (1.1) or holder handle (1.3) of holder (1)

As seen in Figure 1 and Figure 2, the invention has been manufactured in two types according to the preference of use, as oral care kit with double brush (A) or oral care kit with single brush (B) according to the number of brush tip (3). The brush tip (3) can be applied in any desired number as at least one. In the invention, one and two brush tips are shown (3) by means of only sampling illustration.

Holder (1) is made from anti-bacterial special wood and medical plastic materials which do not contain bacteria and germs suitable for human hea lth. There are a joggle (1.2) on holder body (1.1) of holder (1) and holder handle (1.3) at the bottom surface of the same.

The head (2) is in cylindrical form and is made from special anti-bacterial wood and medical plastic materials which do not contain bacteria and germs suitable for human health. There are at least one housing (2.1) on the head (2) on which the brush tip (3) having three different types of fixing methods can be fitted as the conical body (3.1) or the screwed body (3.2) or the wired body (3.3), and at the bottom, a joggle (1.2) of holder (1), an assembly slot (2.2) in conformity with its form. The head (2) is designed in a portable way of which allows the holder (1) to be fitted or removed on the joggle (1.2) through assembly slot (2.2) and can be replaceable.

The brush tip (3) has a conical body (3.1) or a screwed body (3.2) or a wired body (3.3) made of medical plastic materials and has bristles (3.4) made from branches or roots of miswak trees on relevant bodies (3.1-3.2-3.3). Brush tip (3) is fitted on housings (2.1) on the head (2) with three different types of fixing methods to be used as the conical body (3.1) or the screwed body (3.2) or the wired body (3.3). The brush tip (3) achieves a healthy use, since it is possible to remove from the housings (2.1) on the head (2) when desired and replace it with a new one. The brush tips (3) are covered with polymer in the environmental direction in order to increase its working time.

The brush tip (3) is manufactured in the following manner; it is lined up in the forms of arc and root according to the size of the wood texture and its barks are peeled. Larger diameter parts are cut up to the required diameter. The resulting sticks are cut in double raw stocks in a way of forming cylindrical surfaces according to their lengths All stages of processing of the raw material are carried out under wet conditions to protect the elasticity of the fibres. Then, the raw sticks obtained are taken to a holding mechanism and another collecting machine that makes an angle of 90 degrees against this mechanism keeps on running until all the fibres run out. In order to soften the free brush tip (3), the free tip is exposed to the spiraling needles on the cyclic screen and air is blown at between 20 to 100 ° C or 40 to 60 ° C temperatures according to moisture so that brush tips (3) are dried and their features are ensured to be protected. Thereafter, the cylindrical raw logs collected in the housings (2.1) are heated and the brush tip (3) is fitted with the insertion system to the housings (2.1) in the head (2) of the holder (1) as conical body (3.1) or screwed body (3.2) or wired body (3.3) with a slope not more than 30 degrees. In addition, the brush tip (3) is immersed in the essence of miswak tree and the oral care kit with double brush or single-brush mouth care (A-B) is placed in miswak water bath. In addition to this, the cover (4) is filled with water of miswak tree and is presented to the user in this way. As seen in Figures 3 and 4, in order to make oral care kit (A-B) with double brush or single brush ready for use, the head (2) is fitted to joggle (1.2) on the holder (1) through the assembly slot (2.2) at the bottom.

The cover (4) is fitted to the holder handle (1.3) of the holder (1) and oral care kit (A- B) with double brush or single brush takes the size of a toothbrush. The oral care kit (A-B) with a double brush or single brush is cleaned by holding it directly from the cover (4) when it is fitted to the holder handle (1.3) or from holder handle (1.3) without fitting the cover (4). After the use of the oral care kit (A-B) with double brush or single brush , the cover (4) is closed on the holder body (1.1) as seen in Figure 7 by being removed from the holder handle (1.3) and can be carried everywhere as it is in small size. As the inside of the cover (4) is filled with water of miswak tree, feature of the brush (3) is ensured to be protected.
