Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oral device for treating sleep-related breathing disorders. The present invention may comprise: an upper body in which at least a portion of the upper teeth is contained; a lower body in which at least a portion of the lower teeth is contained; at least one or more elastic members connecting the upper body and the lower body, and providing elasticity in a direction in which the upper body and the lower body converge; and a supporting ledge projecting rearward from the rear end of the upper body to support the rear end of the lower body. Thus, according to the present invention, sleep-related breathing disorders such as sleep apnea which can occur during sleep can be prevented, and patients can more comfortably wear the device in order to minimize discomfort while wearing the device.
