Abstract:
An oral health examination device (100) capable of detecting existence information of periodontal disease pathogenic factors in a dental region or an alveolar bone region covered by gingival tissues comprises a power input end (40), a laser generator (10), a power switching unit (11), an image sensor (20), a storage unit (60), and a data processing unit (30). The laser generator (10) is used for emitting lasers (S101) to irradiate the detected region to excite a fluorescence spectrum (S102). The power switching unit (11) is used for changing the power of the laser (S101) and exciting a fluorescence spectrum information library (S102). The image sensor (20) is used for recording the fluorescence spectrum information library (S102) to obtain an image library (S103). The storage unit (60) is used for storing image information I (S104) about the fluorescence spectrum that is generated in excitation when a detected region not having the periodontal disease pathogenic factors are irradiated by the laser. The data processing unit (30) is used for comparing an image in the image library (S103) with the image information I (S104), determining a difference, and outputting the determining result I (S105). Also disclosed are a handheld component (130) comprising the examination device (100), and an endoscope.
