Provided are an oral photographing apparatus, a medical apparatus, and a program for providing auxiliary information for determination about a disease having different oral findings. The oral photographing apparatus is provided with: an imaging device that acquires an oral image; a light source that irradiates a subject of the imaging device with light; a storage device that stores an algorithm for determination of a prescribed disease; and a calculation device. The oral photographing apparatus is characterized in that the calculation device executes: a determination process for determining a possibility of the prescribed disease on the basis of the image and the algorithm; and an output process for outputting a result of the determination process.
