Abstract:
The present application relates to an orally-administered pharmaceutical composition or kit for eradicating Helicobacter pylori, the composition and kit comprising a complex of a non-absorbable antibiotic and a clay mineral. The pharmaceutical composition and kit of the present invention may further comprise a β-lactam antibiotic and/or a gastric acid-suppressive agent.
