Abstract:
The present invention relates to an orally disintegrating film preparation containing donepezil, and a preparation method therefor and particularly, to an orally disintegrating film preparation for treating dementia, containing donepezil or an acid addition salt thereof, cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof, alginic acid or a salt thereof, and a film forming base material. In addition, the orally disintegrating film preparation is prepared by primarily allowing the donepezil or the acid addition salt thereof to be included in a solution in which the cyclodextrin or the derivative thereof is dissolved in purified water, secondarily allowing the same to be included in the alginic acid or the salt thereof, masking the bitter taste and numbing effect of the donepezil, and then injecting the film forming base material into the obtained production of the solution.
