Abstract:
The present invention relates to an orally disintegrating tablet containing Chinese herbal medicine for suppressing appetite and a preparation method therefor, and the orally disintegrating tablet is capable of exhibiting an appetite suppressing effect within a short time and simultaneously enabling the appetite suppressing effect to be continuously exhibited while remaining in the oral cavity and on the tongue, according to the stimulation of the appestat by enabling the orally disintegrating table to be orally disintegrated and by primarily absorbing, through the taste buds of the tongue, the medicinal substances for suppressing an appetite, which pass through taste cells and vagus nerves and are immediately delivered to the hypothalamus in the cerebrum without a reduction in the efficacy thereof. The orally disintegrating tablet containing Chinese herbal medicine for suppressing appetite, according to the present invention, includes xylitol, maltitol, Ephedrae Herba, Rehmannia glutinosa, Coicis semen, Schizonepeta rhizome, Mentha arvensis var. piperascens, radix glycyrrhizae, Aralia continentalis Kitagawa, Rhei Rhizoma Preparata cum Vinum., Atractylodes japonica Koidz. ex Kitam., maple syrup, and a candelilla leaf extract.
