Abstract:
The present invention significantly reduces drug bitterness that is tasted in the mouth when an orally disintegrating tablet containing a drug having a fast dissolving speed is taken. Provided is an orally disintegrating tablet in which, in accordance with the dissolution test method (paddle method) of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia 17th Edition, the dissolution rate of a drug is in the range of 40.0-70.0% at a time point when five minutes has elapsed after start of the dissolution test that is performed using a dissolution test second fluid (obtained by adding one volume of water to one volume of a phosphate buffer solution at pH 6.8). The drug is desirably a memantine hydrochloride or a solifenacin succinate.
