Abstract:
An order management method and device for an e-commerce system. The method comprises: using a buyer account to add other accounts as buyer friends; when there is a buyer order, satisfying a preset condition, in the buyer account, generating an order seeking association instruction; selecting a buyer friend as a receiving object of the order seeking association instruction, and sending the order seeking association instruction to the receiving object of the order seeking association instruction; according to the order seeking association instruction, selecting an order, not satisfying the preset condition, of the receiving object of the order seeking association instruction to be associated with the buyer order, so as to form an associated order; setting a preset criterion; and determining whether the associated order reaches the preset criterion, and reducing cost or offering a refund for the order, reaching the preset criterion, in the associated order. The present method can be used to promote a buyer to always place orders in a manner which facilitates the increase of the sales volumes or the decrease of the delivery costs of the seller, finally achieving the increase of the sales volumes or the decrease of the delivery costs for the seller.
