Abstract:
This order management system (1) is provided with a server device (100) and an order accepting terminal (200a). In the order management system (1), the order accepting terminal (200a) is provided with: an input unit (250) for inputting the contents of an order received from a customer, the input unit (250) being provided with a means for making an input indicating that, if a menu that has been ordered is one that was recommended by the store employee to the customer, the ordered menu is one recommended by the store employee; and a transmission unit which transmits the contents of the order input by means of the input unit (250) to the server device (100). The server device (100) is provided with: a storage unit (130) in which the contents of the order received from the order accepting terminal (200a) are stored; and a tallying unit (124) which, on the basis of the contents of the order stored in the storage unit (130), tallies the effect of recommendation by the store employee.
