Abstract:
An ore mining and dressing integrated ship (1), comprising: a ship body, the ship body comprising a deck, a hull, and a cabin (12) inside the hull; a power system (34) disposed on a stern and used for providing power for the proceeding of the ship body; an ore mining system (16) movably disposed on the hull and used for mining sandy mineral resources at sea floor; an ore dressing system (18) disposed on the deck and used for separating the ore collected by the ore mining system (16); an ore storage system disposed in the cabin (12), the ore storage system comprising an ore concentrate compartment (122) and an ore tailings compartment (124) respectively used for storing the separated ore concentrate and the tailings sifted out during the separation process; an ore tailings treatment system disposed on the deck and used for discharging the ore tailings in the ore tailings compartment (124) to an ore gob; an unloading and transportation system (28) disposed on the deck and used for transporting the ore concentrate out of the ship body; and an electricity system disposed in the cabin (12) and used for supplying electricity for operations of the ore mining and dressing integrated ship (1). The ore mining and dressing integrated ship (1) improves the utilization rate of a ship body, and indirectly reduces ore mining costs.
