Abstract:
An ore-separating method using separation tanks is disclosed. The separation
tank (2; 8; 5) is provided with a feed port (12) and a first discharge port (4) positioned
at its top, a water injection port (1;7;6) and a second discharge port (9;10;l
l) positioned at its bottom, and a vibrator (3) for vibrating the separation tank.
The method includes following steps: injecting the ore charge into the separation
tank through the feed port; injecting preset-pressure water into the separation
tank through the water injection port, so as to make various components of different
specific gravities or granularities included in the ore charge float or sink,
thus the components of lesser specific gravities or granularities are discharged
through the first discharge port, the components of greater specific gravities
or granularities are discharged through the second discharge port; and driving
the vibrator in order to vibrate the separation tank while injecting preset-pressure
water. An ore-dressing method adopting said method for separating ore charge,
a ore-separating equipment and a size classification apparatus are also disclosed.
The present invention has no use for any medicament but can achieve the ore-separation,
therefore can reduce environmental pollution.
